‘The Alchemy of Dreams – poem 3’

The heart is home to the birthplace of a dream,

a place that transcends the mind,

where the traveling inner eye can give a look through to reality.

Along the structures of a dream, leads the way

through unexpected openings,

to the freedom of the light worldly happiness,

which needs to be faithful time after time

to the origin of its existence,

The heart.

Het hart huisvest de geboorteplaats van een droom,

een plaats die het verstand overstijgt,

waar het reizende geestesoog een doorkijk naar de werkelijkheid kan geven.

Langs bouwwerken van de droom, leidt de weg 

door onverwachte openingen,

naar de vrijheid van het lichte wereldse geluk,

welke elke keer opnieuw trouw moet blijven 

aan de oorsprong van zijn bestaan,

Het Hart.
